What is the minimum order?
Our minimum is just 12 bags, with bulk pricing tiers that drop steeply as quantities grow — volume is where printed bags get genuinely cheap.
How long does an order take?
Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and printed bags ship in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).
How many colours can you print?
Up to six, flexo printed directly on the film. Flat colour, clean type and tight registration all print beautifully; photographic images do not, so build the design on solid colour.
Which handle style should I choose?
Vest handles for speed at a busy till. Die-cut for a flat, uninterrupted face where the logo is the point. Soft loop for heavy or premium purchases where comfort and presence matter.
What gauge do I need?
It follows entirely from the heaviest thing a customer carries out. Tell us that and we specify it — too thin and the handles stretch under load, too thick and you have paid for plastic nobody noticed.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. Send hex or Pantone references and we match to them, then show the matched swatches in the free mockup. Note that colours read softer and deeper on matte film than on gloss, and we adjust for that.
Do you offer recycled or compostable film?
Both. Recycled film is post-consumer polyethylene from 30 to 100 per cent; compostable film is a different material needing industrial composting. We will tell you honestly which one your local waste stream actually supports.
Do I pay anything before I approve the design?
Nothing. Mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once the design is exactly what you want.
