Shipping Policy

Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production starts at approval, not at first enquiry.

Express turnaround

Store openings, seasonal peaks and conferences work to fixed dates, so tell us the date when you request the quote. We confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Bags ship in cases by ground carrier, typically 2–5 business days in transit; volume orders ship palletised. Vest bags are block-packed for standard till racks — tell us which rack you use and we confirm the pack format before printing. Tracking is sent as soon as the shipment leaves.

Addresses and split shipments

Check the shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect in transit and we pass that through at cost. We can split an order across multiple branches; give us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a pallet arrives damaged, send photos and we open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion.
