Customized Plastic Bags prints retail carrier bags — shopping, die-cut handle, soft-loop, t-shirt, frosted boutique and recycled or compostable film — for shops, grocers, restaurants, pharmacies, events and salons. We specify the gauge from your actual load, prove it with a free mockup, and only print once you approve.
Nothing else in marketing works like a carrier bag. Someone buys from you, and then voluntarily walks down a busy street holding your name at chest height for twenty minutes. If the bag is good enough, they do it again next week with their own shopping in it.
The corollary is unforgiving: a bag that splits outside the shop, or whose handle stretches into a string, does the same job in reverse and in public. Specification matters more than design here, and it is the part most suppliers hand you a size chart for.
Why we exist
Ask most bag suppliers what gauge you need and you will be sent a chart. Gauge is not a preference, though — it is a function of the heaviest thing your customers carry out, and nobody can answer it without knowing that.
So we ask first. What is the heaviest sale, does it have corners, is it hot, does it get carried far. Then we specify. The free mockup shows the bag filled rather than flat, because a logo that looks centred on a flat panel can sit in a fold once the bag has something in it. Minimum order is 12.
What we print
Low-density polyethylene for stretch and strength, high-density for speed and cost, frosted and matte films where the bag is part of the purchase, and post-consumer recycled or certified compostable film where that matters. Flexographic printing up to six colours, matched to your references rather than approximated.
What film printing does well is flat colour, clean type and tight registration. What it does not do is photographic detail — and on crinkled high-density film, fine detail vanishes into the texture. We will tell you that before you pay rather than after you open the carton.
